A few days to go will be the end of the year. And surely not forget to mention merry xmas and happy new year. All the past, all sadness, all losses, all poor decisions may be the past lets start a new things in next year. One year has past all our experience should increase or added one more year. So, next year will be better.

Ok stock recommendation for today will be ITMG and PGAS to buy. Bakrie 7 ehm, they took our christmas present so very cautious to play as its still downtrend, hit and run 1 or 2 level. Oil prices rising very fast at $78 will it affecting madcow i mean medc? Try to look at it first before enter. All the best Will I Am Chen.. GBU

The unpredictable of technical (stock pick 22.12.2009)

As the movie 2012 showing bad days in 21.12.2012, yesterday three years before the day confirm is a bad day or black monday. This statement surely just a joke Ok then today i saw BUMI break its support at Rp2,150 support, this would indicate downtrend in BUMI. So, today will drop according to technical, however i noticed many times when a stock break out its support it will rebound strongly in a day after that yes really downtrend in longer term. Then today BUMI will rebound strongly, this is the funny things in stock that all things are unpredictable.

Ok next recommendation for today will be Madcow, i means medc as oil goes up very fast to $74. And i saw many foreign try to accumulate medc without reason. After up then we know the reasons and the rumours will come out.

This article on stock pick generally for people who love trading rather than long term. So, it will be analysis of short term rather than long. As yesterday IHSG drop tremendeously many stocks has shown a poor technical. Today may be rebound but in week or month is not really strong.

Then the last, fundamentally BBCA has grown strong technically, BBCA with net profit of Rp 5 trillions approximately the same with BBRI. In term of balance sheet it look like the same. No of shares i saw it was close with BBRI. So, what is this means BBCA will be valued by Rp7400 similar to BBRI or BBRI valued as 4600 similar to BBCA?. Bakrie 7 may be rebound, although it rebound it is better to hit and run due to its nature on speculative rather than investment. But it is better and safer invest in fundamentally good stocks. Today IHSG will try to break 2528, 6 more point to go and the most reasonable indexes at the end of this year will be 2,600. Recommendation for today will be BBRI, ITMG (break and new high again will back to old high day at Rp35,000), CPIN, Madcow - may be, but don't forget to hit and run too. How about ELSA, it is advised to hold until dividend or invest on its due to its high dividend yield. Normally stock which has high dividend yield might indicate good opportunity for investment such as ITMG, Astra group, BBCA, BBRI, UNVR etc.. No dividend stock speculative on it. One of the greatest and tested all the time theory of Buffet is about be afraid when everybody is optimistic. Everytime when the market recover or uptrend or so called bullish, many analysts will give a wonderful hope for tomorrow. Wonderful statement should be given, since market is good. Give different or reverse opinion people will assumed you are mad analysts. This is the caution where if stocks up or bullish the only way to go is down or bearish. When the market is crash many people will give negative perceptions. Negative opinion is the golden time to buy and be greed. Since, stocks dropped down there is no where to go unless upward. What else should i recommend for tomorrow. For banking still BBCA and BMRI., then for mining can try ANTM, due to its sideways buy around 2250 then sell around 2450, Rp 200 also not bad lo. Corruption day

In commemorate of corruption day. I remember not big corruption but also small corruption happening surround us. . One example last sunday, I turn to wrong side and met some police. And two ask me to stop and the other chase his friend to go away. They simply ask bapak jalan ke tempat yang salah, di sana di tulis gak boleh lewat kanan. Then he ask so how? how ya ditilang lo i answered. Then he continue di tilang Rp.150,000 negotiate after negotiate become Rp 75,000. I ask di tilang but he ask for money. . But sadly he did not want to tilang me but rather I gave him that amount. So, I think big or small corruption is corruption, the money for fine should go to government or nation but rather go to his pocket (police). so this should be consideration for today... Many issues for tomorrow , so be careful on trading this few days. However, foreign take this as opportunities to enter our market, which one you choose take risks or minimize risks. Totally up to u. Some stocks to avoid means to sell is like haiyo CPIN kena flu burung lagi (semoga cepat sembuh), CTRS, BBRI, BMRI and becareful on plantation such as AALI, UNSP, and TBLA, TINS and PGAS, PTBA so generally today watchout government BUMN stocks gitu lo. MEDC no signal to up but stil ok. Recommended stock to buy INCO (if today drop to Rp. 2550 again for tomorrow dividend), ELTY, wah very few to buy, just want to add more although not so good such as TLKM (the only BUMN today) or SOBI for investment .... Dear all my students at IT&B, I will put the reminder for your final test revision questions for element of accounting and finance 1.

First of all, you have to answer 2 questions out of 3 questions in final test.
Part 1 consist of questions general journal then post to ledger (T accounts), then trial balance, profit and loss and balance sheet. This is similar to question chapter 6. You can try question 6.2 in page 66 of textbook. Remember start with general journal then end with P+L and Balance Sheet.

Part 2 consist of two questions, which is provision for doubtful debt and provision for depreciation
For doubtful debt - look at question on 25.1, 25.2 etc.. and handout page 20.
For depreciation - look at question on 26.1, 26.1, etc... and handout page 22.
Remember answer only any one of the questions in part 2.

MEDC or MadCow?

MEDC or madcow? look at chart below.. this is a real big problem on MEDC, which consolidate for so long long time and did not awake... Currently still having madcow disease as there is still downtren point. . Look at the chart below there is still another star for the second time hopefully is a medc star not madcow star like before. . CPIN - bird flu has gone

Thanks goodness after consolidation for a week, CPIN showing a good reversal as shown in chart below. CPIN move up higher than before on its candlestick in previous week. Its also showing a swing from down to upward. MACD getting better and its stock is still on above MA 50. . . Recover from the flu CPIN fly again... Will I Am... Chen ...

Menanti Bintang Timur di tengah BUMI

As the title is about waiting for the star in the midst of the earth. Look at the chart below. Today in BUMI, we find a star with long leg at downside might indicate a good point for bullish to Rp. 3,000. After long waited at last there is one more star shinning on earth to give hope all all people who 'nyangkut' in BUMI. Prospect on BUMI and fundamental is still good, PER still cheap and technical is in good point. Bullish is on the way to Rp3,000 in near future. MA 50 will be at Rp 2,700, hope tomorrow will be on this point, then no more concern to go up in the near future. Additionally, Bakrie still the 4th richest man in Indonesia. Break and rebound

Look at the chart below... Sometimes stock that break its low at short term might be reversal high in the next day. But this phenomena I noticed only for temporary since its break the down trend and will be down trending. Hit and run in a day might be a good idea as the stock will drop again in the later period. The chart below showing its drop below the straight line low point in short period, but then goes up high in tomorrow. Buy at the day its break and sell in later day might produce some profit for traders. jadi intinya ya beli pada saat break jual 1 hari kemudian .... . Hope this will help.. Happy trading... Theory of Gravity

Everything that throw up will goes down to earth, this is called the theory of gravity. I think gravity not only happen on BUMI (I means earth ha...), but also applicable to BUMI (I means stock la...). Stock is never goes up everyday. It will goes up and down but uptrend, or it will goes down and up but downtrend. So, it need not to worry because everything goes down will go up one day with just a matter of time theory and also the trend theory that would make it reverse. Dont forget the rebound theory too. .
